Nick Keene is the driving force behind The Builder's CFO, bringing a wealth of strategic financial leadership from his extensive experience. Prior to founding The Builder's CFO, Nick served as the Director of Finance at Enduring Ventures , a long-term holding company dedicated to buying and building businesses across diverse sectors including software, home services, and hospitality.
At Enduring Ventures, Nick gained hands-on experience in lower middle market turnarounds, corporate carve-outs, expense reduction, and driving significant recovery for fatigued equity and debt holders. He worked with companies ranging from $3M to $300M in revenue, in both steady-eddy and special situations categories.
This unique background has equipped him with a deep understanding of what truly drives business value and how to transform financial challenges into strategic advantages. Inspired by a philosophy of building businesses to last forever, Nick is passionate about providing the strategic financial guidance that enables entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
